Emmanuel Tagoe vs Argenis Mendez bout Postponed indefinetly

The clash between between Ghana’s Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe and Dominican Argenis Mendez has been postponed INDEFINITELY.

The highly anticipated bout was originally scheduled to come off on September 2nd but the Ghanaian is reported to have suffered a groin injury during one of his training sessions.

The clash was supposed to be Tagoe’s first defense of his IBO lightweight title.

According to sources close to Ghanacrusader.com, the extent of Tagoe’s injury is yet to be ascertained.

Argenis Méndez Dominican professional boxer best known for winning the silver medal at the junior world championships in 2004. He is a former IBF Super Featherweight champion.

A new date for the duel is yet to be revealed.
