EXCLUSIVE: Aduana Stars launches protest against Hearts over Leonard Tawiah

Dormaa based-club, Aduana Stars have launched a protest against Accra Hearts of Oak stating that, Hearts of Oak midfielder Leonard Tawiah was ineligible to feature in their match day 26 fixture of the Ghana premier league at the Accra stadium Stadium.

Hearts P.R.O Opare Addo, says they have been informed by the Ghana Football Association that Aduana stars have filed a protest against the aforementioned player.

Aduana Stars in their protest stated that, Hearts of Oak combative midfielder Leonard Tawiah was ineligible to feature in their match day 26 fixture of the Ghana premier league at the Accra stadium Stadium.

According to Opare Addo, they were served with the details of the protest by the GFA and they will thoroughly examine it and put up a strong defends.

“Yea it’s true we have been informed by the Ghana Football Association with regards to the protest Aduana Stars have made and we will respond appropriately to them, “Opare Addo told SportsObama.com

“This not something to cause alarm because we know the guy was at that time qualified to play the game”

Meanwhile, Great Olympics have also filled a protest against Hearts which is yet to be decided by the Disciplinary Committee of the GFA.
