Black Starlets leave for Dubai to continue FIFA U-17 World Cup preparations

Ghana’s male U17 team left  Accra for Dubai on Wednesday afternoon for a training tour for the upcoming FIFA U17 World Cup to be staged in India in October 6.

This forms part of the final phase of the team’s preparations ahead of their participation at this year’s FIFA U17 World Cup in India.

The team have been camping at the Ghanaman Soccer center of Excellence in Prampram since securing qualification to the FIFA U17 World Cup.

CONTINGENT FOR THE TRAINING TOUR
– 2 management committee members
– 24players
– 8 technical team members
– 1 official from ministry of Youth & Sports

So far the team has lined up two(2) international friendlies.

Black Starlet will fly from UAE to India on 1st October, 2017.

Ghana is drawn in Group A with host India, Columbia and USA.
