Kotoko To Ban Defender Samuel Kyere for one year

The management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko are set to hand a one year ban to defender Samuel Kyere over his recent conduct.

The former Berekum Chelsea man who was recently demoted to the reserve side will further be sanctioned for his “problematic behavour”, a club official has said.

Kyere will be banned from training with the team and fined for his recent outbursts, one of which sought to suggest that Kotoko’s last league game against Ashanti Gold that in ended in a 3-5 defeat for the Porcupines,  was a fixed match.

In another radio interview, Kyere claimed he’s been victimized by coach Michael Osei because he has shown public support for David Duncan
