'One Community, One Park Project' is on course

Sports Ministry championing One Community, One Park Project

Minister of Youth and Sports in Ghana, Isaac Asiamah has stated that the one community one park his government pledged is nearing reality.

According to the minister, the NPP are bent on building parks and sports infrastructures to help develop talents in the country.

“I am in talks with Minister of Local Government so that through the MCE’s and the Assembly’s each district or region will have multi purpose park,”Asiamah indicated during his inspection of the Essipong Stadium

“The Ministry is championing that course, the discussion on one community one multi-purpose park is on going,”

The Essipong Stadium in Takoradi will host Ghana’s WAFU games.
